Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionAls Automatiker / Elektriker (m/w) sind Sie im Bereich -Solids & Antibiotics- des Standortes Kaiseraugst tätig.Die Elektriker-Gruppe Solida ist am Standort Kaiseraugst verantwortlich für innovatives, kostengünstiges und GMP-gerechtes Planen und Realisieren von Investitionsprojekten. Darüber hinaus macht der Bereich das Gebäude- und Betriebsingenieurwesen, das technische Qualitätsmanagement und ist verantwortlich für eine zuverlässige Störungsbehebung und Instandhaltung, inklusive dem Betreiben der erforderlichen Infrastruktur. Wir unterstützen unsere Kunden bei biotechnologischen, chemischen und galenischen Produktionsanlagen, Laborbauten und Administrationsbauten.Die Abteilung ist für die Sicherstellung des Gebäudebetriebs sowie die Erbringung von Dienstleistungen im Instandhaltungsbereich von Pharma-, Chemie-, Forschungs- und Infrastruktur-Anlagen zuständig.Als kompetenter Automatiker / Elektriker (m/w) in der Elektro- & Automationswerkstatt sind Sie Teil eines engagierten Teams, das die Anlagenbetreiber bei der Instandhaltung und beim Betrieb der galenischen Produktionsanlagen und Robotik unterstützt. Das umfangreiche Aufgabengebiet verlangt ein breites Fachwissen für Produktionsanlagen im GMP-Umfeld.Ihr Einsatz ist in der Tablettierung, an Abfüll- und Verpackungslinien sowie in den Produktionsgebäuden vorgesehen. Wartungsarbeiten an diesen Anlagen gehören ebenfalls zum Arbeitsbereich. Durch die geplante Instandhaltung soll ein möglichst unterbruchsloser Betrieb gewährleistet werden.Störungsbehebung ist im gesamten Elektro- und Automationsbereich zu leisten. Bereitschaft für Aus- und Weiterbildung ist eine Voraussetzung, um neue Technologien verstehen und betreuen zu können.Das Team ist eine interdisziplinäre Gruppe, bestehend aus Automations- und Elektrospezialisten.Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst folgende Tätigkeiten:Instandhaltung und Störungsbehebung an Abfüll-, Verpackungs- sowie Tablettierungsanlagen in den galenischen Produktionsgebäuden.Im Normalbetrieb sowie im Störungsfall unterstützen Sie die Betreiber bei komplexen Aufgaben oder Fragestellungen im Elektro- & Automationsbereich und tragen wesentlich dazu bei, dass die Systeme einen hohen qualitativen Standard sowie eine hohe Verfügbarkeit erreichen.Sie stehen in direktem Kontakt mit den Betreibern und Ingenieuren und entwickeln gemeinsam Verbesserungen.Weiter zählen auch die Parametrierung und Inbetriebnahme von EMSR-Geräten wie Sensoren und Aktoren an neuen oder bestehenden Anlagen zu Ihren Aufgaben.Sie sind bereit, in einem Zwei-Schicht-Betrieb zu arbeiten und Pikettdienst zu leisten.Wer sind Sie / Ihre Qualifikation:Als kommunikativer, kompetenter Automatiker / Elektriker (m/w) bringen Sie folgende Ausbildung und Erfahrung mit:Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Elektriker/in, Automatiker/in EFZ, Elektroinstallateur/in, Montage-Elektriker/in, Netzelektriker/in, Telematiker/in oder gleichwertig mit Berufsanerkennung in der Schweiz.Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Automation sowie konventioneller Elektro- & Steuerungstechnik im GMP-Umfeld.Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Instandhaltung von automatisierten Anlagen im GMP-Umfeld.Erfahrung mit SPS/PLS-Systemen, z. B. Siemens.Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Sicherheitstechnik, konventionelle Steuerungen und Pneumatik.Erfahrung mit Industrie-PCs und Kamerasystemen (Supply Chain Control) ist von Vorteil.Gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.Verfahrenstechnische Kenntnisse und SAP-Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert.
