Werden Sie Teil unseres selbstorganisierten Teams und gestalten Sie ein gesundes, inklusives Arbeitsklima aktiv mit.Ihre AufgabenSie beraten und begleiten Mitarbeitende vertraulich und einfühlsam in komplexen beruflichen sowie privaten Lebenssituationen.Sie unterstützen Linienvorgesetzte sowie People & Culture-Fachkräfte (HR) lösungsorientiert bei anspruchsvollen Fragestellungen.Sie steuern aktiv den gesamten Case Management-Prozess zur erfolgreichen Wiedereingliederung nach längeren Abwesenheiten.Sie übernehmen eigenständig die gesamte Administration und vernetzen alle internen sowie externen Beteiligten effizient.Sie pflegen einen aktiven, professionellen Austausch mit den relevanten Schweizer Sozialversicherungen.Sie arbeiten proaktiv und auf Augenhöhe in einem modernen, selbstorganisierten Teamumfeld mit.Sie bringen sich aktiv in standortspezifische Care-Team-Einsätze und interne Projekte ein.Wer Sie sindAusbildung & Weiterbildung: Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Psychologie oder Sozialer Arbeit sowie eine Weiterbildung in lösungsorientierter Beratung oder Case Management.Berufserfahrung: Sie bringen mehrjährige fundierte Erfahrung im Beratungs- oder Case Management-Bereich mit, idealerweise im Schweizer Kontext.Sprachkompetenz: Sie kommunizieren stilsicher auf Deutsch (Niveau Muttersprache) und besitzen exzellente Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.Persönlichkeit: Sie zeichnen sich durch hohe Flexibilität, eine reflektierte Feedbackkultur sowie Verhandlungsgeschick im Umgang mit verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen aus.Arbeitsweise: Sie schätzen administrative Genauigkeit (Google Suite/MS Office) und bringen eine gesunde Portion Humor sowie Freude an Teamarbeit mit.Diese Stelle ist vorerst auf ein Jahr befristet, mit der Option auf eine Festanstellung.Bereit für den nächsten Schritt?
