Wir suchen einen engagierten und zuverlässigen Produktionsexperten (m/w/d) für die sterile Abfüllung Vials (AFL). In dieser wichtigen Rolle tragen Sie dazu bei, dass unsere Patientinnen und Patienten weltweit Zugang zu hochwertigen, lebensrettenden Medikamenten erhalten.

Als Produktionsexperte im AFL-Betrieb sorgen Sie als Teil eines selbstorganisierten Teams für die GMP-konforme Herstellung von sterilen Arzneimitteln. Dies umfasst unter anderem die Durchführung und Koordination aller Tätigkeiten an den Produktionslinien, die vollständige und lückenlose Dokumentation sowie Bilanzierung der Produktionsaufträge und die Überwachung der Einhaltung aller relevanten Vorschriften.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Mitarbeit bei der Herstellung steriler Arzneimittel an einer hochtechnisierten Produktionslinie als Teil eines selbstorganisierten Teams
  • Bedienung der Produktions- und Inspektionsanlagen
  • Sicherstellung der Qualität aller Produktionsschritte durch konsequentes GMP-gerechtes Arbeiten
  • Bereitstellung von Primärpackmitteln sowie GMP-konforme Dokumentation in elektronischen Systemen
  • Reinigung der Produktionsanlagen und der Räumlichkeiten
  • Durchführung von Line Clearances und IPC-Musterzügen
  • Durchführung von Warentransport und -entsorgung
  • Meldung von Abweichungen oder Fehlern an Anlagen, Equipment oder Materialien (GMP, Qualität, Sicherheit)
  • Unterstützung bei der Störungsbehebung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Schnittstellen wie der Technik oder dem Compliance-Team

Wer Sie sind

Um in dieser spannenden Rolle erfolgreich zu sein, bringen Sie idealerweise folgende Qualifikationen mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemie- und Pharmatechnologe:in, Pharmakant:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mindestens zwei Jahren relevanter Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie (Bereich sterile Abfüllung)
  • Fundierte GMP-Kenntnisse sowie ein gutes technisches Verständnis und IT-Grundkenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Lösungsorientierte, strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu anlagen- und bereichsübergreifendem Arbeiten (Polyvalenz)
