Wil jij de brug slaan tussen baanbrekende medische innovaties en de complexe Nederlandse beleidsagenda? Zorg jij ervoor dat Nederland een land blijft dat medische innovatie erkent, waardeert én toegankelijk maakt voor patiënten?

We zoeken een ervaren, strategische en verbindende Policy Manager die zich specifiek gaat vastbijten in de beleidsuitdagingen rondom twee van onze belangrijkste en meest innovatieve ziektegebieden: Multiple Sclerose (MS) en Oncologie.

In deze senior rol ben jij de architect van onze nationale beleidsagenda op deze domeinen. Binnen onze agile werkwijze ben je in het dagelijks werk onderdeel van multidisciplinaire product teams. Je zult de meeste tijd doorbrengen als integraal lid van het MS-squad, waar je schouder aan schouder werkt met collega's aan onze missie voor deze patiëntengroep. Je formele thuisbasis en professionele vakmanschap huizen echter in het Chapter Patient Access, Policy & Communications (ons 'Corporate Affairs cluster'). Hier vorm je een hechte eenheid met je vakgenoten, waaronder communicatie-experts, access collega's en Lead Government & Public Affairs. om samen onze algehele beleidsimpact te vergroten. Je opereert met veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid in een platte, agile organisatie waar jouw visie direct impact maakt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Beleid sturen en agenderen: Je stelt de policy agenda van Roche Nederland op voor de domeinen MS en Oncologie en voert deze uit, in lijn met onze overkoepelende strategie.
  • Stakeholdermanagement: Je bouwt en onderhoudt een ijzersterk, relevant netwerk op senior niveau. Jouw focus ligt hierbij nadrukkelijk op professioneel georiënteerde beleidsmakers, zorgverzekeraars, brancheverenigingen en medische beroepsverenigingen (en in mindere mate op het politieke spectrum).
  • Belangenbehartiging: Samen met veldpartijen werk je aan gezamenlijke doelen. Je behartigt de belangen van Roche als innovatief geneesmiddelenbedrijf en creëert draagvlak voor de waarde die wij leveren voor patiënten en het zorgsysteem.
  • Trends vertalen naar actie: Je signaleert vroege beleidsontwikkelingen rondom toegang, vergoeding en bekostiging en vertaalt deze naar concrete kansen en strategieën voor onze MS- en Oncologie-teams.
  • Samenwerken: Je slaat de brug tussen buiten en binnen. Je werkt nauw samen met multidisciplinaire product teams (squads) en communicatie- en access collega's om ervoor te zorgen dat onze gezamenlijke impact zo groot mogelijk is.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Een afgeronde academische opleiding (hbo of wo) in een relevante richting (bijv. Gezondheidswetenschappen, Politicologie, Bestuurskunde of (Gezondheids)economie).
  • Aantoonbaar ruime ervaring (5+ jaar; senioriteit) binnen het Nederlandse beleidsgebied rondom geneesmiddelen (focus op toegang, vergoeding, betaalbaarheid en het algemene innovatieklimaat).
  • Een warm, breed en relevant netwerk binnen de Nederlandse zorg en bij professionele beleidsmakers.
  • Ervaring of sterke affiniteit met de beleidsmatige kant van de domeinen MS en/of Oncologie is een grote pré.
  • Je bent zelfstartend, sturend en gericht op collectief succes. Je bent niet alleen een strategische denker, maar houdt er ook van om zelf initiatief te nemen en zaken tot een succesvolle executie te brengen.
  • Je past perfect in een platte, agile organisatiestructuur waar passie, durf en integriteit centraal staan.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift.
