The Position

Das Team „Swiss Pension Asset Management“ ist in der Abteilung Treasury & Financing in Group Finance von Roche angesiedelt und verwaltet die Kapitalanlagen der Schweizer Pensionskasse. Zur Verstärkung des Teams in Basel suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit für die neu geschaffene Position als:

Portfolio Manager Liquid Alternatives

Die Möglichkeit

Deine Hauptaufgaben sind:

  • Die Gestaltung und Umsetzung der Anlagestrategie in liquiden alternativen Anlageklassen wie Hedge Funds, Insurance-Linked Securities (ILS) und Rohstoffe
  • Liquiditäts- und Cashflow-Management
  • Auswahl und Überwachung externer Vermögensverwalter
  • Zeichnungen, Rücknahmen und Abstimmungsprozesse
  • Einhaltung regulatorischer Vorgaben und Risikoüberwachung
  • Erstellung umfassender Berichte und Präsentationen in verschiedenen Gremien

Wer Du bist

  • Master-Abschluss in (Quantitative) Finance, Economics, Econometrics oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
  • Berufliche Qualifikationen wie CFA, AZEK oder CAIA
  • 7 bis über 10 Jahre Erfahrung im institutionellen Asset Management, insbesondere mit Fokus auf Strategien in den Bereichen Hedge Funds, Insurance-Linked Securities und/oder Rohstoffe bei einer Schweizer Pensionskasse, einem Vermögensverwalter oder einem institutionellen Anleger
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge bei der Verwaltung liquider alternativer Anlagen in einem regulierten institutionellen Umfeld
  • Fundierte praktische Kenntnisse der Schweizer Pensionskassenlandschaft (BVG/BVV 2-Vorschriften, ALM-Studien)
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und digitale Kompetenzen sowie Erfahrung in datengestützter Entscheidungsfindung
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
