Bouw sterke klantenrelaties uit en realiseer groei

Als Accountmanager ben jij het commerciële aanspreekpunt voor professionele installateurs in jouw regio. Je combineert technische productkennis met commercieel inzicht en bouwt aan duurzame samenwerkingen. Jouw doel? Bestaande klanten versterken, nieuwe opportuniteiten benutten en de verkoop verder laten groeien.

  • Je beheert jouw eigen klantenportefeuille en zorgt voor een persoonlijke, professionele opvolging.
  • Je onderhoudt bestaande klantenrelaties en bouwt deze verder uit door actief mee te denken over hun behoeften.
  • Je detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten en onderneemt gerichte acties om jouw klantenbestand uit te breiden.
  • Je adviseert professionele installateurs over producten en oplossingen binnen verwarming, ventilatie en sanitair.
  • Je verdeelt jouw tijd efficiënt tussen klantenbezoeken en administratieve of commerciële opvolging.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met interne collega's om klanten een vlotte en kwalitatieve dienstverlening te garanderen.
  • Je volgt jouw commerciële doelstellingen op en neemt initiatief om sterke verkoopresultaten te realiseren.

Technische expertise en commerciële gedrevenheid

Je bent een resultaatgerichte persoonlijkheid die energie haalt uit klantencontact, onderhandelingen en het behalen van commerciële doelstellingen. Je bouwt gemakkelijk vertrouwen op, denkt in oplossingen en weet technische kennis te vertalen naar overtuigend advies.

  • Je beschikt over een sterke en aantoonbare product- en marktkennis binnen verwarming, ventilatie en/of sanitair. Kennis van de HVAC-markt is essentieel.
  • Je bent commercieel gedreven en haalt voldoening uit het behalen en overtreffen van verkoopdoelstellingen.
  • Je communiceert overtuigend en weet duurzame relaties op te bouwen met professionele installateurs.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe commerciële kansen.
  • Je bent klantgericht en combineert technische expertise met een uitstekende dienstverlening.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en weet jouw klantenbezoeken en commerciële opvolging efficiënt te plannen.
  • Je bent hands-on, oplossingsgericht en bereid om zelf actie te ondernemen wanneer nodig.
