Een hecht bouwteam met korte communicatielijnen

Voor een bouwonderneming zoeken we een veelzijdige administratieve medewerker. Met 5 bedienden en 13 eigen metsers hecht de onderneming veel belang aan een goede samenwerking tussen kantoor en werf. Je komt terecht in een betrokken team waar collega's elkaar ondersteunen en jouw organisatietalent rechtstreeks bijdraagt aan het vlotte verloop van de bouwprojecten.

Jij brengt structuur in elk bouwproject

Als Administratief Medewerker ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt op kantoor. Je combineert administratie, klantencontact en praktische werfondersteuning en zorgt ervoor dat alle informatie correct wordt verwerkt en opgevolgd.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je beantwoordt telefoons, ontvangt nieuwe aanvragen en maakt projectdossiers aan in Bouwsoft en Dropbox.
  • Je vraagt prijzen op bij leveranciers en onderaannemers en volgt offertes op ter voorbereiding van de calculatie.
  • Je stelt overeenkomsten op met klanten en onderaannemers.
  • Je verwerkt e-mails, verstuurt werfverslagen en volgt goedkeuringen per project nauwkeurig op.
  • Je ondersteunt de werven door klein materiaal klaar te leggen, herstellingen op te volgen en kraanverplaatsingen en vergunningen te regelen.
  • Je controleert leveranciersfacturen aan de hand van offertes en jaarcontracten.

Een nauwkeurig organisatietalent dat graag initiatief neemt

Je houdt van afwisseling, brengt structuur in je werkzaamheden en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar verschillende zaken tegelijk aandacht vragen.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Je hebt administratieve ervaring, bij voorkeur binnen de bouwsector of een technische omgeving.
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands. Kennis van het Frans is een troef.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office. Ervaring met Bouwsoft of een ERP-pakket is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en gestructureerd en volgt dossiers zorgvuldig op tot ze afgerond zijn.
  • Je schakelt vlot tussen verschillende taken, blijft rustig onder druk en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open voor het gebruik van AI om administratieve processen efficiënter te maken.
