Neem het voortouw in jouw eigen filiaal

Als Filiaalleider ben jij het gezicht en de drijvende kracht achter het filiaal in Wijnegem. Je combineert dagelijks beheer, technische expertise en commerciële verantwoordelijkheid met één duidelijk doel: tevreden klanten en sterke verkoopresultaten.

  • Je neemt het dagelijkse beheer van het filiaal van A tot Z in handen en zorgt voor een efficiënte werking.
  • Je verwelkomt professionele installateurs, beantwoordt hun vragen en adviseert hen over technische producten en oplossingen.
  • Je stimuleert de verkoop, volgt commerciële doelstellingen op en benut actief nieuwe opportuniteiten.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met accountmanagers en filiaalmedewerkers om de commerciële groei in de regio te versterken.
  • Je coördineert de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking binnen het filiaal.
  • Je bewaakt een correcte administratieve opvolging en een ordelijke, professioneel georganiseerde werkomgeving.
  • Je steekt zelf de handen uit de mouwen en ondersteunt jouw collega's waar nodig.

Commercieel leiderschap met technisch inzicht

Je bent een ondernemende persoonlijkheid die energie haalt uit klantencontact, verantwoordelijkheid en het behalen van resultaten. Je denkt oplossingsgericht, neemt initiatief en weet commerciële ambitie te combineren met een uitstekende dienstverlening.

  • Je beschikt over een technische achtergrond of sterke technische affiniteit, bij voorkeur binnen verwarming, ventilatie of sanitair.
  • Je bent commercieel gedreven en haalt voldoening uit het realiseren van verkoopdoelstellingen.
  • Je neemt zelfstandig beslissingen en denkt actief mee over de verdere groei van het filiaal.
  • Je communiceert overtuigend en weet professionele klanten deskundig te adviseren.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd, behoudt het overzicht en stelt de juiste prioriteiten.
  • Je bent hands-on, collegiaal en bereid om operationeel bij te springen.
  • Je hecht belang aan kwaliteit, klantentevredenheid en duurzame samenwerkingen.
