Van financiële analyses naar betere projectresultaten

Als Junior Controller bewaak je de financiële prestaties van technische projecten en vertaal je cijfers naar betrouwbare inzichten voor het management.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je volgt projectkosten, opbrengsten en marges op en analyseert afwijkingen tussen voorcalculaties en werkelijke resultaten.
  • Je controleert gepresteerde uren, materiaalverbruik, onderaanneming en andere projectkosten.
  • Je ondersteunt maandelijkse managementrapporteringen, budgetten, forecasts en cashflow- en liquiditeitsprognoses.
  • Je analyseert financiële resultaten en ontwikkelt relevante KPI's en dashboards.
  • Je ondersteunt de implementatie van het ERP-systeem, controleert datakwaliteit en optimaliseert Excel- en administratieve processen.
  • Je bereidt financiële informatie voor audits en subsidieprojecten voor en bewaakt deadlines en voorwaarden.

Je schakelt rechtstreeks met de CFO, boekhouding, projectadministratie en projectleiders. Zo krijg je inzicht in de volledige financiële werking en draag je bij aan onderbouwde beslissingen.

Nauwkeurig, analytisch en gericht op kwaliteit

Je werkt gestructureerd, onderzoekt cijfers grondig en haalt voldoening uit correcte analyses. Je denkt kritisch mee en zoekt voortdurend naar mogelijkheden om processen te verbeteren.

Herken jij jezelf?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma binnen Finance, Accountancy-Fiscaliteit, Handelswetenschappen, TEW of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel en interesse in ERP-systemen en data-analyse. Power BI is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en planmatig, met oog voor detail.
  • Je communiceert helder en vertaalt financiële informatie naar bruikbare inzichten.
  • Je bent leergierig, analytisch sterk en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen finance of controlling is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
