Technische coördinatie en een efficiënte werkplaatswerking

Als Teamleader & Werkvoorbereider zorg je voor een gestructureerde planning, kwalitatief onderhoud en een optimale inzetbaarheid van zware machines, vrachtwagens en rollend materieel.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je stuurt een team van ongeveer vijf techniekers dagelijks aan, begeleidt hen en ondersteunt hun technische ontwikkeling.
  • Je bereidt preventieve en curatieve onderhoudswerken voor, organiseert de planning en bewaakt de voortgang.
  • Je analyseert complexe technische storingen en zoekt samen met de techniekers naar duurzame oplossingen.
  • Je beheert de voorraad wisselstukken en ondersteunt de werkplaatsverantwoordelijke bij bestellingen en aankopen.
  • Je volgt onderhouds- en herstellingswerken nauwkeurig op en rapporteert over de technische status van het machinepark.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en efficiëntie van de werkzaamheden en signaleert mogelijke knelpunten.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in de werkplaatsorganisatie, onderhoudsprocessen en technische werking.

Je combineert praktische technische ondersteuning met een duidelijke planning en zorgt ervoor dat jouw team efficiënt, veilig en kwaliteitsgericht kan werken.

Technisch inzicht en gestructureerd leiderschap

Je beschikt over een sterke technische basis, behoudt het overzicht en weet hoe je collega's op een duidelijke en constructieve manier aanstuurt. Je denkt analytisch, stelt prioriteiten en haalt voldoening uit een goed georganiseerde werkplaats.

Herken jij jezelf?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma Autotechnologie, Elektromechanica of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een goede technische kennis van mechanica, onderhoud en storingsdiagnose.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in een technische werkplaats of met zware machines.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je communiceert helder, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en ondersteunt jouw team waar nodig.
  • Je denkt proactief mee over efficiëntere werkmethodes en technische verbeteringen.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands. Kennis van Frans en Engels is een meerwaarde.
