Persoonlijke vastgoedservice met een digitale aanpak

Voor een vastgoedkantoor in Merelbeke zoeken we een ondernemende BIV-Vastgoedmakelaar die de aanwezigheid in Gent en Oost-Vlaanderen verder wil versterken.

Je komt terecht in een klein, gemotiveerd team waar samenwerking, persoonlijk klantencontact en ondernemerschap centraal staan. Dankzij een zelfontwikkeld online vastgoedplatform verloopt de administratie efficiënt en krijg je meer ruimte om je te richten op advies, prospectie en verkoop.

Van eerste contact tot succesvolle vastgoedverkoop

Als BIV-Vastgoedmakelaar begeleid je verkopers en kandidaat-kopers tijdens het volledige verkoopproces. Je combineert commercieel inzicht met persoonlijk advies en zorgt voor een professionele opvolging van elk dossier.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je prospecteert actief naar nieuwe verkoopopdrachten en bouwt jouw klantenbestand verder uit.
  • Je schat de verkoopwaarde van panden en verzamelt de nodige documenten en gegevens.
  • Je verzorgt de marketing van het vastgoedaanbod en organiseert kijkdagen.
  • Je adviseert verkopers en kandidaat-kopers en begeleidt hen tijdens het verkoopproces.
  • Je stelt onderhandse verkoopovereenkomsten op en volgt dossiers administratief op in samenwerking met de notaris.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en ondersteunt de verdere werking van het kantoor.

Een commercieel talent met passie voor vastgoed

Je haalt energie uit klantencontact, denkt ondernemend en weet mensen te overtuigen met jouw kennis en persoonlijke aanpak.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in Vastgoed, Bedrijfsmanagement, (Interieur)architectuur, Rechten of Notariaat.
  • Je beschikt over een BIV-nummer.
  • Je hebt een passie voor vastgoed, architectuur, interieur, bouwen, verbouwen en verkoopstyling.
  • Je bent commercieel sterk, communicatief vaardig en beschikt over een goede mensenkennis.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en efficiënt en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je bent flexibel, geduldig en bereid om sporadisch 's avonds of in het weekend te werken.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B, een eigen wagen, smartphone, tablet en laptop.
