  • Beobachtung aktueller Trends und Übertragung geeigneter Themen und Formate auf unsere Marke

Dein Profil

Du lebst Social Media und hast ein gutes Gespür dafür, welche Inhalte auf Instagram und TikTok funktionieren. Trends erkennst du früh und weißt, wie du sie authentisch für eine Marke übersetzt. Gleichzeitig fühlst du dich vor der Kamera wohl und hast Lust, selbst zu einem wiederkehrenden Gesicht unserer Social-Media-Kanäle zu werden.

Idealerweise bringst du Folgendes mit:

  • Du hast eine ausgeprägte Affinität zu Instagram, TikTok und aktuellen Social-Media-Trends.
  • Du verstehst die Lebenswelt jüngerer Zielgruppen und hast ein Gespür für zeitgemäße, authentische Kommunikation.
  • Du hast bereits erste praktische Erfahrung mit einem Unternehmens-, Creator- oder eigenen Social-Media-Account gesammelt.
  • Du trittst natürlich und selbstbewusst auf und hast Freude daran, regelmäßig vor der Kamera zu stehen.
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits eigene Erfahrungen vor der Kamera gesammelt, beispielsweise über einen aktiven Instagram- oder TikTok-Account.
  • Du kannst Videos eigenständig schneiden und bist mit gängigen Editing-Tools vertraut.
  • Du bist kreativ und hast ein gutes Gespür für Storytelling, Bildsprache und Themen, die Menschen wirklich interessieren.
  • Du kommunizierst sehr gut – sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, zuverlässig und strukturiert.

Besonders wichtig: Wir suchen keine rein redaktionelle oder organisatorische Unterstützung. Du sollst Content aktiv mitgestalten und eigenständig umsetzen – von der ersten Idee über Dreh und Schnitt bis zur Veröffentlichung. Dabei bekommst du die Möglichkeit, unserem Social-Media-Auftritt ein Gesicht zu geben und sichtbar mitzuprägen.
