Wir entwickeln kleine Trägerraketen, die Satelliten in den Low Earth Orbit (LEO) und darüber hinaus bringen. Über das Team

Unser internationales und agiles Team sucht Unterstützung durch eine motivierte Persönlichkeit als Konstruktionsmechaniker*in (m/w/d). In dieser Rolle arbeitest du hands-on an der Montage und Integration von Raketenstufen und leistest einen direkten Beitrag zur Entwicklung von Prototypen sowie zur Durchführung kritischer Testkampagnen. Werde Teil eines dynamischen New-Space-Umfelds und gestalte die Zukunft der Raumfahrt aktiv mit.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Montage und Integration mechanischer Komponenten und Strukturen anhand technischer Zeichnungen zur Sicherstellung qualitativ hochwertiger Baugruppen.
  • Durchführung präziser Metallbearbeitungsarbeiten wie Schneiden, Umformen, Schweißen und Nachbearbeitung unter Einhaltung enger Toleranzen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering-Teams zur Fehleranalyse und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Montageprozessen.
  • Unterstützung von Testkampagnen durch Vorbereitung von Hardware, Durchführung von Montagetätigkeiten vor Ort sowie Sicherstellung der Testbereitschaft.
  • Einhaltung von Produktionsstandards, Sicherheitsvorgaben und Qualitätsanforderungen in allen Arbeitsphasen.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Metallbereich, z. B. als Industriemechaniker, Konstruktionsmechaniker oder Metallbauer, mit der Fähigkeit, mechanische Montagetätigkeiten eigenständig durchzuführen.
  • Fundierte praktische Erfahrung in der Blechbearbeitung und konventionellen Fertigungsmethoden für präzises und zuverlässiges Arbeiten.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen sowie deren präzise Umsetzung in Montage- und Fertigungsprozesse.
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und proaktive Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägter Teamgeist und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Nice to have: Gabelstapler- und Kranschein sowie Erfahrung in der Luft- und Raumfahrt, Automobilindustrie oder anderen hochpräzisen Industrien.
