Votre mission

En tant que Chargé(e) de Relations Entreprises, vous jouerez un rôle stratégique dans la réussite de nos apprenants – qu’ils soient étudiants ou professionnels en reconversion. Votre mission principale sera de faire matcher les talents avec les entreprises partenaires, en veillant à la satisfaction de toutes les parties. Vous serez l’interlocuteur privilégié dans le processus de recrutement en alternance, du premier contact à la signature du contrat.

Prospection et développement de partenariats :

  • Identifier et prospecter de nouvelles entreprises (startups, PME, ETI, grands comptes) susceptibles de recruter nos alternants.
  • Présenter nos offres de formation et convaincre les entreprises de rejoindre notre réseau de partenaires.

Matching et suivi du processus de recrutement :

  • Analyser les besoins de recrutement des entreprises partenaires et aligner ces besoins avec le profil de nos candidats pré-sélectionnés.
  • Sélectionner les meilleurs profils et organiser des entretiens ou job datings pour faciliter le matching.
  • Assurer le suivi complet du processus de recrutement en alternance, avec un contact régulier aussi bien avec les candidats qu’avec les entreprises.

Coordination et reporting :

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe recrutement pour garantir la qualité des profils présentés.
  • Suivre les indicateurs clés (taux de matching, délais de contractualisation, satisfaction des parties) et faire remonter les résultats à la hiérarchie.
  • Participer activement à l’amélioration continue de nos processus de placement.

Profil recherché

Qualités professionnelles :

  • Vous êtes rigoureux(se), autonome et organisé(e).
  • Vous avez un excellent relationnel et savez convaincre, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
  • Vous êtes orienté(e) résultats et aimez relever des challenges.

Expérience et formation :

  • Bac+2 minimum, idéalement en commerce, ressources humaines ou dans le secteur de l’éducation.
  • Une première expérience réussie dans la prospection commerciale, le recrutement ou le développement de partenariats BtoB est un plus.
