Data levert alleen waarde op als je weet wat je ermee doet. Bij Rockfeather zorg jij daarvoor. Als Senior Data & Analytics Consultant help je niet alleen klanten hun koers bepalen, maar ook je eigen team met bijvoorbeeld welke tooling we inzetten en wat er speelt in de markt.

We zoeken specifiek iemand die verbindt. Je haalt het beste uit je collega's, motiveert het team en zorgt dat kennis niet blijft hangen bij één persoon. Inhoudelijk ben je sterk, met ervaring in tools zoals Power BI en/of Tableau. Maar minstens zo belangrijk is hoe je zowel klant als team meeneemt in de keuzes die je maakt.

Als Senior Consultant til je ons werk naar een hoger niveau. Je coacht collega's, bewaakt kwaliteit en bent de verbindende factor binnen Data & Analytics en je bent een schakel richting onze andere expertises zoals AI, Data Automation, Data Engineering en Support.

Wat breng jij mee?

Je combineert diepgaande vakkennis, senioriteit en een scherp oog voor wat een klant én een team écht nodig heeft. Met 4+ jaar ervaring in Data & Analytics en een bewezen track record in complexe BI-trajecten weet jij zowel de inhoud als de relatie naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

Een gemiddelde dag ziet er bij jou zo uit:

  • Je bepaalt samen met klanten én je team de koers.
  • Je signaleert wat er speelt in de markt en vertaalt dat naar concrete keuzes voor je team.
  • Je bouwt en verbetert rapportages, met tools zoals Power BI en Tableau.
  • Je haalt het beste uit je collega's: je coacht, motiveert en zorgt dat kennis wordt gedeeld, niet vastgehouden.
  • Je pakt uitdagingen proactief aan en zorgt voor schaalbare, toekomstbestendige oplossingen.
  • Je communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels, richting zowel klanten als collega's.
  • Je reist regelmatig naar kantoor of klantlocaties.

Wat bieden wij?

  • Contract: 9 maanden, met uitzicht op een vast contract.
  • Uren: 40 uur per week.
  • Salaris: € 4.175 - € 5.200 (op basis van ervaring)
  • Vakantietoeslag: 8%.
  • Eindejaarsbonus: Uitbetaald in maart-april, afhankelijk van bedrijfsresultaat en FTE.
  • Pensioen: Volledig gedekt door Rockfeather.
  • Vakantiedagen: 25 dagen.
  • Mobiliteit: Kies zelf tussen een leaseauto of OV-kaart.
  • Werken in het buitenland: Tot 2 maanden per jaar remote werken vanuit het buitenland.
