Rockstar New England is on the lookout for a passionate Workplace Coordinator. As part of the Workplace Services team, you will provide key coordination of the day-to-day operation of the site and its facilities services.

This is a six (6) month contract position, in-office based out of Rockstar’s development studio in Andover, MA.

WHAT WE DO

  • The Rockstar Workplace Services team (WPS) is responsible for ensuring the office, building, programs, and services work harmoniously together to support the core business.
  • We create a creative, supportive, and safe working environment for the staff at Rockstar.
  • We manage and develop a variety of services and programs, including food & beverage, physical security, building maintenance, furniture, security, cleaning, space utilization and operational support.
  • We ensure the site complies with all relevant statutory guidance and legislation.
  • We partner with senior leadership to drive proactive real estate growth strategies, leasehold improvement, and capital expenditure projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review and monitor internal ticketing system, provide timely updates, record actionable steps and ensure the needs have been met for the end users.
  • Proactively identify issues through walkthroughs; prioritize and address them through self-performance or outsourced vendors.
  • Coordinate, plan, and execute assigned projects ensuring all work is done to a high standard, and progress updates are regularly provided.
  • Perform quality control on assigned services.
  • Coordinate vendor work schedules as required, and conduct follow up tasks for project completion.
  • Conduct checks and audits of the site for quality control and safe conditions.
  • Keep trackers and management systems up to date and produce progress reports for the Workplace team and other support teams.
  • Assist with the procurement, administration and coordination of Workplace Services including POs, auditing invoices for accuracy, and updating relevant financial trackers.
  • Produce and coordinate facilities information and documentation in line with company requirements.
  • Support health and safety and compliance assignments.
  • Undertake any assigned ad-hoc duties to maintain the facilities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Possess a vehicle/driver's license preferred.
  • 2+ years experience working within a facilities or workplace operations role, ideally supporting corporate office buildings and services.
  • Possess an understanding of vendor management principles.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal).
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).

PLUSES

  • Experience with space management, ticketing, security, project management, and financial software systems.

The pay range for this position in Andover, Massachusetts at the start of employment is expected to be between the range below* per hour. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the company reserves the right to modify base rates of pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
