Osoba na tym stanowisku zajmuje się montażem podzespołów automatyki przemysłowej. Do jej codziennych zadań należy składanie i montowanie komponentów zgodnie z dokumentacją techniczną oraz instrukcjami pracy. Dba o prawidłowe ustawienie i regulację elementów, tak aby spełniały wymagania jakościowe i techniczne. Będziesz częścią zespołu produkcyjnego w Katowicach, raportując bezpośrednio do Supervisora. Praca odbywa się w systemie zmianowym w Katowicach. Tryb: Onsite

Twoje obowiązki:

  • Obsługa linii produkcyjnej, praca na urządzeniach wchodzących w jej skład i ich ustawianie
  • Realizacja zadań zlecanych przez przełożonego
  • Dbałość o jakość produkowanych wyrobów i ich kontrola w zakresie przewidzianym dla montera
  • Sygnalizowanie problemów technicznych i jakościowych na liniach oraz próby ich rozwiązania samodzielnie lub przy wsparciu lidera, pracowników jakości, utrzymania ruchu, inżynierów
  • Wypełnianie wymaganej na stanowisku dokumentacji jakościowej, ilościowej i technicznej
  • Przestrzeganie instrukcji jakościowych, technologicznych, BHP i środowiska oraz wymagań klienta. Dostarczanie osobom tworzącym instrukcje informacji, które mogą doskonalić / usprawniać process produkcji przy jednoczesnym zapewnieniu zgodności z wymaganiami
  • Dbałość o czystość i stan techniczny powierzonych urządzeń, narzędzi i stanowisk pracy
  • Współpraca z Wydziałami: Jakość, Magazyn, Utrzymanie Ruchu, Inżynieria w zakresie rozwiązywania problemów techicznych i wprowadzania usprawnień,
  • Montaż mechaniczny i elektryczny napędów Kinetix na podstawie planów, rysunków, schematów i procedur
  • Raportowanie problemów Liderowi Zespołu

Wymagania:

  • Wykształcenie min. Zasadnicze Zawodowe,
  • Minimum 1 rok doświadczenia w pracy przy produkcji lub montażu.
  • Zdolności manualne, spostrzegawczość,
  • Umiejętność pracy w zespole, odpowiedzialność,
  • Gotowość do pracy w systemie zmianowym,
