Job Description

The Program Coordinator supports the AMAT global program including Contract Manufacturer in Malaysia by turning business data into clear insight for program leaders and decision-makers. The role analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources, identifies and interprets trends and patterns to locate the factors driving program performance, and constructs forecasts, recommendations and tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge.

Working across project management, engineering, sales, supply chain and finance, the Program Coordinator defines specifications for program reports and analysis based on business needs and available data elements, produces datasets and reports using system reporting tools, and coordinates program governance activities such as schedules, milestones, status reviews and action tracking. The role may provide consultation to internal users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues affecting delivery, cost and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:

· Analyze program and business data (orders, backlog, revenue, margin, schedule and delivery performance) from internal systems and external sources to provide insight to the Global Business Manager and program stakeholders.

· Identify and interpret trends, patterns and variances in datasets to locate root causes and influences on program performance, and recommend corrective actions.

· Build and maintain forecasts for orders, sales, revenue and capacity, and support tactical and strategic planning with data-driven recommendations.

· Create specifications for recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards based on business needs and required or available data elements.

· Produce datasets, reports and dashboards using system reporting tools (for example ERP, CRM, Power BI and Excel) and ensure data accuracy, consistency and timeliness.

· Coordinate program governance: maintain program master schedules and milestones, prepare materials for weekly and monthly business reviews, and track action items through to closure.

· Monitor project status, KPIs and risks across the program portfolio; escalate potential issues early so that corrective action can be taken and commitments are met.

· Act as an internal contact for program status and performance, and provide consultation to users on data, reports and business processes.

· Lead or participate in cross-functional teams (project management, engineering, sales, supply chain, finance and quality) to resolve business issues and drive continuous improvement.

· Support order administration, pricing and quotation data, purchase order tracking and invoicing milestones in line with Rockwell Automation procedures and order flow.

· Maintain program documentation, records and archives, and support audits and process standardization.

· Conduct all tasks in accordance with applicable health, safety, quality and environmental regulations (including ISO 9001 and ISO

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
