In this role, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding products, availability, and specifications.
- Perform assembly, repairs and servicing of all types of bicycles.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our bicycles, accessories, apparel, and related products.
- Provide advise to customers on recommendations for purchases, upgrades and service packages.
- Perform general retail duties, including store housekeeping, merchandising, and administrative tasks.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeated business and long-term loyalty.
- Carry out any other duties or projects assigned by your supervisor or manager as required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience as a bicycle mechanic is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive attitude.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong willingness to learn and to take on new challenges
- Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Additional Details & Benefits
Full-time position based on a 44-hour work week, spread across 5.5 days, including weekends and public holidays.
