Binnen Rode Kruis-Vlaanderen zetten duizenden vrijwilligers zich in voor rampenparaatheid en repatriëringen, hulpposten op events, dringend- en niet-dringend patiëntenvervoer en nieuwe projecten zoals vrijwilligerskorpsen en de Medische Eenheid.

Als Adjunct-Manager Interventie kom je terecht in een dynamische omgeving waar prioriteiten snel kunnen veranderen en waar je samen met medewerkers en vrijwilligers elke dag bijdraagt aan onze maatschappelijke opdracht.

Functiebeschrijving

  • Je stuurt verschillende projectcoördinatoren aan en bewaakt de samenhang, voortgang en resultaten van meerdere projecten. Je stelt prioriteiten, brengt structuur aan en zorgt ervoor dat projecten op koers blijven.
  • Je volgt KPI's en operationele doelstellingen actief op. Je analyseert cijfers, detecteert knelpunten en zet medewerkers in beweging om concrete resultaten te behalen.
  • Je geeft leiding aan verschillende teams binnen de dienst Interventie. Je zorgt voor duidelijke afspraken, een goede samenwerking en continuïteit.
  • Je neemt zelf initiatief en werkt hands-on mee aan oplossingen. Je kan snel schakelen wanneer nieuwe vragen, beleidsopdrachten of onverwachte prioriteiten opduiken.
  • Je ondersteunt de werking van onze vrijwilligerskorpsen en helpt mee om vrijwilligers te werven, op te leiden en te waarderen.
  • Je vertegenwoordigt projecten en de dienst bij interne en externe partners, waaronder overheden, en bouwt mee aan een sterke interventiewerking.
  • Je beschikt over een Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring met projectmanagement, het aansturen van medewerkers en het organiseren of verbeteren van operationele werkprocessen.
  • Je bent analytisch en sterk resultaatgericht. Je volgt cijfers actief op en vertaalt inzichten naar concrete acties.
  • Je bent een hands-on leidinggevende die eigenaarschap opneemt, initiatief toont en mensen weet te enthousiasmeren.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met vrijwilligerswerk en begrijpt het belang van een goede samenwerking met vrijwilligers. Je bent intrinsiek gemotiveerd om bij te dragen aan hulpverlening aan de bevolking.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel, ook wanneer je moet onderhandelen met externe partners of overheden.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en bent bereid om flexibel te werken, met planbare avond- en weekendactiviteiten.
