Vil du gøre vores verden til et bedre sted én samtale ad gangen? I så fald kan du blive vores nye fundraiser, der kan skabe opbakning og støtte til de mest udsatte. Sårbare mennesker ude i verden har lige nu brug for nogen, der taler deres sag.

Vi gør en forskel, én samtale ad gang For at vi kan udføre vores livsvigtige hjælpearbejde, om det er i Ukraine, Gaza eller andre steder i verden, så er vi afhængige af bidrag fra private medlemmer. Derfor er din rolle som fundraiser enorm vigtig for, at vi kan blive ved med at hjælpe til!

Vi søger lige nu X nye kollegaer til vores fundraiserteam. Som fundraiser vil du ringe ud til nye potentielle medlemmer og mennesker, som i forvejen har vist interesse for Røde Kors’ hjælpearbejde. Det er en fordel, hvis du har erfaring med telemarketing – men det er ikke et krav. Med den rette indstilling kan alting ske!

Vi sørger for, at du får en god oplæring i manuskript og kampagne, så du føler dig godt klædt på til at ringe ud. Du vil også få løbende sparring og få oplært nye kompetencer, som fremadrettet kan booste din professionelle karriere.

Vi tilbyder:

  • Fleksible rammer: Hos os kan du både arbejde deltid (fra 8 timer og op til 29 timer om ugen). Vi har fuld forståelse for at arbejdet skal passe ind i dit skema

  • Vagter i dagtimerne fra kl. 10.00 – 16.00 eller om aftenen fra kl. 16.30 – 20.30

Løn og ansættelsesvilkår er i henhold til Røde Kors’ lokalaftale med HK og AC for telemarketingmedarbejdere. Stillingen er enten deltid eller fuldtid (maksimalt 29 timer).

Løn aftales efter kvalifikationer, og der er mulighed for lønstigning efter opnået performance. Stillingen er placeret på Titangade 13, 2200 København
