Nástup dle dohody.Charakter vykonávané činnosti:- sestavování, aktualizace a průběžné sledování rozpočtů organizace a jednotlivých projektů,- finanční plánování dotačních projektů včetně kontroly způsobilosti a účelovosti výdajů,- průběžná kontrola čerpání dotačních prostředků, vyhodnocování odchylek a návrhy rozpočtových úprav,- samostatná příprava průběžných a závěrečných finančních vyúčtování jednotlivých projektů a dotací,- kompletace, kontrola a přiřazování účetních dokladů a podkladů k jednotlivým projektům,- příprava finančních přehledů, rozpočtů a podkladů pro žádosti o dotace a zprávy o realizaci,- komunikace s poskytovateli dotací a součinnost při finančních kontrolách a auditech,- úzká spolupráce s účetními, projektovými pracovníky a vedením organizace.Požadujeme:- vysokoškolské vzdělání ekonomického směru, - praxi v oblasti rozpočtování, dotačního financování nebo ekonomiky projektů,- orientaci v pravidlech poskytování a vyúčtování dotací a schopnost pracovat s dotačními podmínkami,- analytické myšlení, pečlivost, systematičnost a odpovědnost za dodržování termínů,- samostatnost, dobré komunikační schopnosti a schopnost týmové spolupráce,- ochotu průběžně se vzdělávat a sledovat změny dotačních pravidel,- výhodou zkušenosti s vyúčtováním dotací v neziskové organizaci nebo sociálních službách.Nabízíme:- práci na hlavní pracovní poměr (HPP),- mzdové ohodnocení 46.000 Kč s možným navýšením po zapracování,- smysluplnou práci v neziskové organizaci,- možnost odborného růstu a dalšího vzdělávání,- příjemné pracovní prostředí a spolupráci v podporujícím týmu.Termín uzavírání přihlášek – průběžně.Životopisy zasílejte e-mailem na: <a href="mailto:[email protected]" rel="nofollow">[email protected]</a>Do předmětu e-mailu napište: VŘ finanční a dotační rozpočtářOsobní údaje uchazečů budou zpracovávány pro účely tohoto výběrového řízení.Případné otázky zodpoví Ing.
