Nástup dle dohody.Charakter vykonávané činnosti:- kompletní zpracování mzdové agendy zaměstnanců organizace včetně dohod konaných mimo pracovní poměr,- výpočet mezd, odvodů pojistného, daně z příjmů a zákonných srážek,- příprava a podávání povinných výkazů, přehledů a hlášení příslušným institucím, -vedení mzdové dokumentace a personálních podkladů souvisejících se mzdami,- evidence docházky, dovolených, pracovních neschopností a dalších podkladů pro mzdy,- komunikace se zaměstnanci, zdravotními pojišťovnami, ČSSZ a dalšími institucemi,- spolupráce s ekonomickým úsekem organizace při kontrole a zaúčtování mezd,- administrativní úkoly dle zadání nadřízeného.Požadujeme:- vysokoškolské vzdělání ekonomického směru,- praxi se samostatným zpracováním mezd a znalost mzdových a pracovněprávních předpisů,- pečlivost, spolehlivost, diskrétnost a zodpovědný přístup k citlivým údajům,- dobré organizační a komunikační schopnosti, samostatnost i schopnost týmové spolupráce,- ochotu průběžně se vzdělávat a sledovat legislativní změny,- výhodou zkušenost se zpracováním mezd v neziskové organizaci.Nabízíme:- práci na hlavní pracovní poměr (HPP),- nástupní mzda 46.000 Kč s možným navýšením po zapracování,- smysluplnou práci v neziskové organizaci,- možnost odborného růstu a dalšího vzdělávání,- příjemné pracovní prostředí a spolupráci v podporujícím týmu.Termín uzavírání přihlášek – průběžně.Životopisy zasílejte e-mailem na: <a href="mailto:[email protected]" rel="nofollow">[email protected]</a>Do předmětu e-mailu napište: VŘ mzdová účetníOsobní údaje uchazečů budou zpracovávány pro účely tohoto výběrového řízení.Případné otázky zodpoví Ing.
