  • Digitar: planos/cronogramas de serviços técnicos S.E.P. com o objetivo principal de: Suportar a previsão de vendas nos clientes com adequado atendimento, no mínimo tempo possível, dentro dos parâmetros de lucratividade, para cada cliente. Assistir o Coordenador Técnico na preparação de estudos preliminares de assuntos técnicos. Preparar e catalogar documentos referentes ao Programa Troca Inteligente. Identificar novas áreas para melhorar o nível de Assistência Técnica discutindo com o Coordenador. Auxiliar na digitação de RELATÓRIOS sobre: Planejamento Anual de Atividades (PAA) – Anual com Revisão Trimestral. Acompanhamento do Plano Anual de Atividades (AcompPlan) - Mensal. Recomendações baseadas em resultado de análise de óleo usado. Análises de óleo com o PORTALAB. Recomendações técnicas para eliminar pontos críticos. Benefícios obtidos com a implantação de ferramentas do OilXplorer (Manager, Analysis...) Sobre treinamento no cliente. Propostas de benefícios. POP. Solução de problemas técnicos. Sumário de atividades S.E.P. Tabelas de lubrificação. Realizar, com base na ficha de cadastro de equipamentos, o lançamento dos dados de clientes no site do Programa de Monitoramento de óleo Usado (OilXplorer Análysis). Receber, inspecionar e lançar amostras de clientes no OilXplorer Análysis, bem como auxiliar na finalização dos laudos e enviá-los aos clientes (quando aplicável). Analisar amostras do programa de Qualidade do “Troca Inteligente”. Entender e praticar as ferramentas do Sistema ALERTA ( trabalha na prevenção de qualquer perda acidental, através do uso de ferramentas, baseadas no comportamento das pessoas).
