Ser o principal responsável pela operação, experiência do cliente e resultado financeiro do YO, garantindo excelência operacional, alto padrão de serviço e performance consistente em um ambiente de alta demanda e complexidade logística.

Gestão Operacional • Liderar toda a operação do beach club (salão, bar, cozinha, eventos e experiências) • Garantir padrão elevado de serviço (atendimento, tempo de entrega, qualidade) • Supervisionar abertura, operação e fechamento diário • Controlar fluxo de clientes em momentos de pico com eficiência

Gestão de Pessoas • Gerir equipe grande (30–80+ colaboradores) • Contratar, treinar e desenvolver líderes de área (maître, chef, bar manager, etc.) • Gerenciar escalas, produtividade e clima organizacional

Gestão Financeira • Controlar CMV (alimentos e bebidas) • Garantir eficiência nos custos fixos e variáveis

Experiência do Cliente • Garantir experiência memorável alinhada ao posicionamento premium do YO • Monitorar avaliações (Google, TripAdvisor, etc.) • Resolver problemas críticos com rapidez e excelência

Gestão de Suprimentos e Logística • Planejar compras considerando logística de ilha (barco, lead time, ruptura) • Controlar estoque e evitar perdas • Trabalhar com planejamento antecipado e organização rigorosa

Governança e Indicadores • Reportar KPIs (faturamento, margem, CMV, produtividade, satisfação) • Participar de reuniões com sócios • Implementar rotinas e processos estruturados

• Experiência comprovada como Gerente Geral ou Gerente Operacional Sênior • Experiência com restaurantes, beach clubs, hotéis ou grupos gastronômicos relevantes • Ter permanecido em média 3 anos ou mais nas últimas experiências profissionais • (Perfil estável, consistente, com entregas de longo prazo) • Experiência de trabalho ou moradia em locais isolados ou de alta intensidade, como: Fernando de Noronha, Cruzeiros/navios, Resorts remotos ou Ilhas ou destinos turísticos sazonais • Capacidade de adaptação a rotinas intensas e convivência próxima com equipe

✔️ Conhecimentos Técnicos • Forte domínio de: • Gestão de CMV e custos • Operação de A&B • Indicadores financeiros (DRE, margem, ticket médio) • Experiência com sistemas ERP/PDV

✔️ Diferencial • Experiência com gestão hoteleira • Experiência em operações premium/luxo • Inglês intermediário ou avançado
