  • Liderar a equipe de recepção, distribuindo tarefas e acompanhando desempenho.
  • Garantir atendimento humanizado e ágil aos pacientes e acompanhantes.
  • Organizar agenda, encaixes e fluxo de pacientes na clínica.
  • Acompanhar indicadores de atendimento e propor melhorias.
  • Atuar na solução de conflitos e tratativas de reclamações.
  • Assegurar o correto registro de informações em sistemas e prontuários.
  • Alinhar rotinas com áreas assistenciais, faturamento e coordenação da clínica.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia como líder, coordenador(a) ou responsável de recepção, preferencialmente em clínica, hospital ou laboratório.
  • Vivência com atendimento ao público e gestão de equipe presencial.
  • Conhecimento de rotinas administrativas e uso de sistemas (ERP/agenda clínica).
  • Organização, boa comunicação e postura acolhedora com pacientes.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho 100% presencial em regime CLT.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência em diagnósticos por imagem ou centros de diagnóstico.
  • Conhecimento de convênios, autorizações e fluxo de guias.
  • Atuação anterior em melhoria de processos e indicadores de atendimento.
  • Formação técnica ou superior em áreas de Saúde, Administração ou correlatas.
