Regional CDL-A Flex Truck Driver | Chicago, IL Hub | $40/Hour Straight Time ($105,000 Annualized) + Weekly Per Diem

  • The Money: You're pulling a straight $40 bucks an hour, and your 50 hours a week are actually guaranteed—meaning you're clearing around $105K a year without having to stress over fluctuating miles. Plus, you get an extra $25 a day per diem when you're out traveling.
  • What You'll Actually Be Doing: You're based out of Chicago, but you're basically the go-to person helping out different facilities when they're short-handed, covering call-offs, PTO, or helping new guys with road tests. Because you're moving around to different spots, your day-to-day changes—you might be in a day cab one week, a sleeper the next, hauling dry vans, reefers, or straight trucks.
  • Some runs are no-touch, others might need a bit of driver-assist, tarping, or quick dock work. (Just keep in mind: you'll need a Hazmat endorsement or be willing to grab one, be cool with jumping on a forklift, and carry a Real ID or passport since you're moving across state lines).
  • How You'll Run: Usually out on the road for about 5 weeks, then you get a full solid week back at home to reset. If you're trying to stack cash and want to stay out longer, that option is totally on the table. Every week looks a little different depending on where they need you.
  • What We Need From You: At least 9 months of verified Class-A experience under your belt. We do standard pre-employment hair follicle and urine drug screenings, so you gotta be clean there.
