Glaswerken Vanheertum, OMD Glaswerken en Roelants Glaswerken bundelen sinds kort hun krachten onder de naam Verglas. Als onderdeel van Groep Versmissen, een groeiend familiebedrijf, combineren we vanuit onze vestigingen onze kennis, ervaring en vakmanschap.

Samen bieden we kwalitatieve glasoplossingen aan zowel particuliere als professionele klanten. We staan voor een professionele aanpak, een sterke service, kwalitatieve afwerking en een collegiale werksfeer.

Door onze samenwerking en verdere groei zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde vrachtwagenchauffeur om ons team te versterken in onze vestiging te Aarschot.

Wat ga je doen?

Als vrachtwagenchauffeur bij Verglas ben je verantwoordelijk voor het veilig transporteren van glas naar onze werven. Daarnaast help je mee bij het laden, lossen en plaatsen van glas, samen met je collega’s.

Jouw taken:

  • Glas vervoeren naar verschillende werven.
  • Glaspartijen veilig laden, lossen en vervoeren.
  • De vrachtwagen en bijhorende laad- en losinstallaties bedienen.
  • Samen met je collega’s meewerken aan de plaatsing van glas op de werf.
  • De werkzaamheden correct en veilig uitvoeren, met respect voor de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Eventuele defecten aan de vrachtwagen tijdig melden
  • Materiaal en werkplek netjes en ordelijk houden.
  • Verglas op de werf op een klantvriendelijke en professionele manier vertegenwoordigen.

Wie ben jij?

We zoeken een gemotiveerde en verantwoordelijke vrachtwagenchauffeur die veiligheid en nauwkeurigheid belangrijk vindt. Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen, hebt geen probleem met fysiek werk en werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband. Je bent flexibel ingesteld en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en een professionele dienstverlening.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een geldig rijbewijs C of CE is vereist.
  • Ervaring als vrachtwagenchauffeur is belangrijk; kennis van glastransport is een pluspunt.
  • Praktische ervaring met een kraan is noodzakelijk.
  • Veilig en nauwkeurig werken vind je vanzelfsprekend.
  • Fysiek werk schrikt je niet af en je hebt geen hoogtevrees.
  • Flexibiliteit en de bereidheid om mee te werken aan de plaatsing van glas zijn belangrijk.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, werkt zelfstandig en gaat klantvriendelijk te werk.
