Das erwartet dich

Als Leitung eines medizinisch-technischen Teams übernimmst du die fachliche und organisatorische Führung unseres Teams am Standort "Radiologie im Clementinenhaus".

Du gestaltest aktiv die Zusammenarbeit, sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe und arbeitest neben deiner Leitungsfunktion operativ mit:

  • Führung mit Empathie: Du leitest dein Team zielgerichtet, wertschätzend und auf Augenhöhe. Dafür planst und führst du regelmäßige Teammeetings durch
  • Begleitung des Teams: Du unterstützt durch Transparenz, Empathie und Fairness das Team und vertrittst dessen Anliegen und Feedback gegenüber der Geschäftsführung
  • Organisationstalent: Du delegierst Ressourcen und Aufgaben, stellst Arbeitsabläufe sicher und passt diese ggf. an, sodass Qualitätsvorgaben eingehalten und Ziele erreicht werden
  • Ansprechperson: In deiner Rolle giltst du als zentrale Ansprechperson für die zentralen Abteilungen
  • Onboarding und Entwicklung: Du begleitest neue Kolleg:innen bei der Einarbeitung und unterstützt ihre fachliche Entwicklung
  • Qualität trifft Verantwortung: Du stellst die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben sowie interner QM- und Hygienestandards sicher
  • Arbeiten auf modernem Niveau: Du führst eigenständig Untersuchungen an Röntgen, CT und MRT durch
  • Abwechslung inklusive: Teilnahme an Bereitschaftsdiensten nach Einarbeitung - mit Freizeitausgleich und zusätzlicher Vergütung

Was dich auszeichnet

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum MTR (m/w/d) samt mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der diagnostischen Radiologie. Erste Führungserfahrung oder die Absolvierung eines Leitungs-Kurses ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss!
  • Du solltest dein Team mit Freude führen, motivieren und ein vertrauensvolles Arbeitsklima schaffen.
  • Eine klare, freundliche und professionelle Kommunikation liegt dir am Herzen.
  • Du hast Lust, Prozesse aktiv zu verbessern und dich selbst so wie dein Team weiterzubringen.
