Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir dich per sofort (oder n.V.) in der Funktion als:

Kalkulator für den Hochba (m, w, d) 100%

Du evaluierst Projekte bereits in der Akquisitions\-Phase und kalkulierst kundenorientierte, marktkonforme Angebote. Dabei verhandelst du mit Kunden bis zum Auftragseingang und leistest auch Unterstützung für die Ausführung. Das Analysieren von Plänen, ermitteln von Mengen und Materialbedarf sowie die Bewertung von Kosten sind dir geläufig.

Dein Aufgabengebiet beinhaltet im folgende, interessante Tätigkeiten:

  • Kalkulation und Ausarbeitung von Angeboten für Projekte im Hochbau
  • Analyse von Ausschreibungs\- und Projektunterlagen
  • Ermittlung von Kosten, Mengen und Ressourcen (inkl. Subunternehmer)
  • Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei technischen und wirtschaftlichen Fragen
  • Aktive Kommunikation mit Kunden und Bauherren, Ingenieuren und Planern

Damit du mit deinen Kompetenzen überzeugen kannst, bringst du folgendes mit:

  • Fundierte Ausbildung im Bauhauptgewerbe, beispielsweise als Bauführer, Bautechniker oder Zeichner
  • Erfahrung in der Kalkulation mit vertieften Kenntnissen im Hochbau
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Bauplänen und Ausschreibungsunterlagen
  • Strukturierte, selbständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an Zahlen sowie an der Zusammenarbeit mit diversen Anspruchsgruppen
  • Versierter Umgang mit IT\-Systemen, inkl. Kalkulationssoftware
