Deine Aufgaben:

- Führen und Entwickeln eines Teams von Lagermitarbeitenden und Teamleitern zur Erreichung der operativen Ziele

- Überwachen von Arbeitsabläufen, Produktivität und Qualität zur Sicherstellung der Effizienz und pünktlichen Auftragsbearbeitung

- Zusammenarbeit mit zentralen Teams zur Einhaltung interner Standards und Sicherheitsrichtlinien

- Analysieren von Kennzahlen und Implementieren von Prozessverbesserungen zur Steigerung der Produktivität und Kostensenkung

- Fördern einer engagierten und leistungsstarken Teamkultur

- Sicherstellen der Einhaltung von Unternehmensrichtlinien und gesetzlichen Arbeitsvorschriften

- Beheben von operativen Problemen und Implementieren langfristiger Lösungen

Das bringst Du mit:

- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Logistik oder ähnliche Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt Lagerverwaltung / Versand / Spedition/ Supply Chain/ operativem Geschäft

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Führungskraft mit mind. 40 Mitarbeitenden bei Logistikunternehmen, wie z.B. Amazon, DHL, UPS oder GLS

- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissse

- Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement

- Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine proaktive, gut organisierte Herangehensweise

- Bereitschaft flexibel zwischen 06 und 22 Uhr von Montag bis Samstag zu arbeiten (5 Tage Woche)
