Unser Change-Management-Team ist das Herzstück des operativen Betriebs. Wir verbinden Strategie mit Praxis, indem wir neue Tools, Systeme und standardisierte Prozesse direkt in unseren Fulfillment Centern ausrollen.

DEINE ROLLE

Du warst schon immer die Person, die in der Schicht angepackt und Probleme direkt gelöst hat? Jetzt kannst du genau das für unser gesamtes Logistikzentrum in Berlin tun: in Vollzeit, mit klarem Mandat, eigenem Team und der vollen Rückendeckung unserer zentralen Operational-Excellence-Einheit.

Als Change Manager (m/w/d) berichtest du direkt an den Head of Change Management. Du übernimmst die volle Verantwortung für die Projekt- und Change-Pipeline am Standort Berlin. Dein Ziel: Neue Initiativen erfolgreich umsetzen, die Akzeptanz für neue Prozesse sichern und Standards dauerhaft etablieren. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit lokalen und zentralen Schnittstellen zusammen, stimmst Ressourcen ab und erzielst nachhaltige Ergebnisse. Das ist kein Rückzug aus dem Tagesgeschäft – sondern der Hebel, um die gesamte Logistik systematisch auf das nächste Level zu heben.

DEINE AUFGABEN

- Standort-Verantwortung: Du steuerst das Change Management sowie den kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess in Berlin und bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Optimierungsprojekte am Standort

- Projektsteuerung: Du bist die lokale Projektsteuerungsstelle, behältst Fortschritte und Kennzahlen im Blick und berichtest direkt an das Management

- Stakeholder-Management: Du stimmst Prioritäten, Projektumfänge und Ressourcen dynamisch mit allen relevanten Schnittstellen ab

- Prozessoptimierung: Du setzt wichtige Impulse für Prozessverbesserungen, treibst Innovations-Roadmaps voran und verankerst Best Practices

- Operatives Sparring: In Peak-Zeiten unterstützt du die Logistik direkt vor Ort – durch schnelles Problem-Solving und präzises KPI-Reporting

- Pipeline-Ownership: Du verantwortest und priorisierst das gesamte Projekt- und Programmportfolio des Berliner Standorts

WAS DU MITBRINGST

- Operative Führungserfahrung: Mindestens 3 Jahre Führungserfahrung in einem operativen Bereich (Logistik, Fulfillment oder Supply Chain) mit Personalverantwortung (z. B. 80+ FTEs) sowie voller Schicht- und KPI-Verantwortung

- Branchenerfahrung: Erfahrung in einem dynamischen High-Volume-Umfeld (z. B. bei Lidl, Kaufland, Amazon, HelloFresh oder Zalando) ist ein klares Plus

- Excellence-Mindset: Du willst Dinge an der Wurzel packen, Abläufe nachhaltig verbessern und bringst eine Leidenschaft für operative Exzellenz mit

- Überzeugungskraft: Du kannst Teams und Schnittstellen auch ohne direkte disziplinarische Weisungsbefugnis von neuen Wegen überzeugen und Veränderungen erfolgreich vorantreiben

- Methodenkompetenz: Nachweisbare Erfolge im Projekt- und Stakeholdermanagement

- Analytisches Denken: Starke Problemlösungskompetenz und ein sicherer Umgang mit komplexen Kennzahlen

- Kommunikationsstärke: Ausgeprägte Soft Skills, Empathie und Begeisterung dafür, andere zu coachen

- Flexibilität: Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in Schichten, an Wochenenden und während intensiver Peak-Phasen

- Ausbildung & Zertifikate: Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. MBA) sowie Zertifizierungen in Lean, Six Sigma oder Projektmanagement sind von Vorteil
