Nehledáme člověka do kanceláře, ale lídra přímo do akce v provozu. Budeš mít přímý vliv na to, jak náš sklad funguje, jaká v něm bude kultura a jak hladce poběží každodenní logistika.

- Vedení a motivace týmu na směně, plánování a rozdělování práce i budování týmového ducha.

- Řízení a odpovědnost za klíčové ukazatele (KPIs) s cílem neustále zvyšovat efektivitu směny.

- Práce s daty v reálném čase, sledování čísel a vyhodnocování výkonu provozu.

- Identifikace úzkých hrdel a aktivní navrhování i zavádění procesních vylepšení.

- Úzká kooperace s ostatními odděleními a vedoucími napříč skladem pro zajištění plynulého toku zboží.

- Práce na směny režimu krátký/dlouhý týden (12hodinové směny).

- Aktivní angličtinu pro běžnou pracovní komunikaci s kolegy a řešení denních úkolů.

- Uživatelskou znalost práce na PC pro vyhodnocování dat a práci s interními systémy.

- Zodpovědný, spolehlivý a samostatný přístup s chutí rozvíjet se.

- Předchozí zkušenost ze skladového nebo logistického prostředí je výhodou, ne však podmínkou.
