Join Our Team as a Skills Trainer at KFC Rohloff Group!
We’re looking for individuals eager to grow and empower team members and Shift Supervisors. As a Skills Trainer, you’ll lead Learning & Development initiatives across your area covering FOH, MOH, BOH, Lobby Hosts, Training Ambassadors, LTOs, and ad hoc training. You’ll also support Shift Supervisor development through LAS and other relevant training programs.
What You'll Be Cooking Up:
- Ensure that all training program requirements and objectives are met on Team Member and Shift Supervisor level in your area.
- Training responsibilities will include all operational campaigns and functional master classes to support operational effectiveness and standards on Team member and SS level in your area.
- Assisting with in-store recruitment in your area
- Support RGM's with orientation and training of new team members in your area
- Team member induction updated and ensured certifications are completed within the 75-day period
- Onboarding and training of new managers in your area.
- Follow-up of training plans to managers from LAS and all team members in your area.
- Driving LTO on VAULT completions in the area
- Support new store openings in terms of recruitment, TM training, equipment training and forecasting preparation etc
- Keeping the KFC culture alive through CX representatives and Culture captains.
- Casual list updated weekly.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Formal qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent- advantageous
- PC literate – proficient in MS Office particularly, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- RM or RGM certified
- At least 2 - 5 years’ experience in Learning & Development within QSR
- Experience in Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal and management skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to self-manage.
- Ability to build & maintain strong working relationships across board.
- Valid Driver's license & own reliable transport.
