Aufgaben

​Die Stelle ist an einem unserer Firmenstandorte in Willich, Stuttgart oder Nürnberg zu besetzten.

Als Teil eines engagierten Teams übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle mit großem Handlungsspielraum über ein breites Produktportfolio hinweg. Mit Ihrer herausragenden Kompetenz treiben Sie innovative Lösungen voran, um unser Geschäft im Bereich E-Powertrain und/oder Rechenzentren auszubauen.

Im Einzelnen:

  • Analyse der Applikationsanforderungen und Bereitstellung von Mehrwertlösungen für Kunden im Bereich E-Powertrain und/oder Rechenzentren
  • Definition der Strategie für das E-Powertrain-Geschäft und Schwerpunktbereiche um weiteres Wachstum zu unterstützen.
  • Koordination von Schlüsselprojekten zur Erreichung mittel- und langfristiger Geschäftspläne
  • Produktmarketing für ein Portfolio von Leistungsbauelementen für die Automobilindustrie
  • Identifikation von Fokus Applikationen und Produkten sowie Definition von neuen Lösungen und Marktstrategien
  • Initiierung von neuen Produktentwicklungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Marketingabteilung und weiteren Geschäftsbereichen
  • Erstellung und Implementierung von Markteinführungsplänen für neue Produkte
  • Präsentation von Lösungen gegenüber Kunden, Distributoren und intern
  • Unterstützung von Promotion Aktivitäten auf Messen und ähnlichen Veranstaltungen

Profil

  • Hochschulabschluss in Elektrotechnik, eine weitere einschlägige betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung ist von Vorteil
  • Ausreichende Berufserfahrung im (Produkt-/Applikations-) Marketing in einem Halbleiterunternehmen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich E-Mobilität und/oder Rechenzentrumsanwendungen und -märkte
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Leistungshalbleiter
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Themen zu verstehen und diese sowohl auf technischer als auch auf Führungsebene mit internen und externen Stakeholdern abzustimmen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit OEMs und Tier-1-Zulieferern
  • Fähigkeit, die Systemanforderungen der Kunden zu erfassen und zu verstehen
  • Teamplayer mit ausgeprägtem Sinn für Eigeninitiative und der Fähigkeit, Geschäftsmöglichkeiten voranzutreiben
  • Hervorragende Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten. Fließende Englischkenntnisse. Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
