Ihre Aufgaben

In dieser Funktion übernehmen Sie die operative Leitung unseres Werksstandortes in Großpetersdorf und tragen dabei die Gesamtverantwortung für Vertrieb, Produktion und Logistik unseres Produktes und Services. Mit höchster Kunden- sowie Qualitätsorientierung erhöhen Sie, gemeinsam mit Ihren Mitarbeiter*innen, die Marktpräsenz in der Region und steuern zum Gesamterfolg der Unternehmensgruppe bei.

Ihre Aufgaben im Detail:

* Proaktiver Vertrieb, Kundenbetreuung und regionales Networking

* Nachhaltige Produktions-, Logistik- und Vertriebssteuerung inklusive laufender Prozessoptimierung

* Koordination und Einhaltung von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen der im Werk befindlichen Arbeitsmittel

* Sicherung der Ertragsqualität und regelmäßiges Reporting an die Regionalgeschäftsleitung

* Mitarbeiterführung und Verantwortung für die Einhaltung und Umsetzung jeglicher Sicherheitsrichtlinien

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische und/oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (Rohstoffingenieurwesen, Hoch- und Tiefbau, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, oÄ.)

* Erfahrung in einer Leitungsfunktion, idealweise innerhalb der Baustoffbranche oder in verwandten Bereichen (Industrie, Bau etc.)

* Ausgeprägte Vertriebskompetenz, Vertriebserfahrung von Vorteil

* Betriebswirtschaftliches Knowhow

* Starker Bezug zur Region, sehr gute regionale (Markt-)Kenntnisse

* Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln

* Kundenorientierung und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen

* Ungarisch von Vorteil
