Immobilienbuchhalter/in (m/w/d) 60–100 % Über uns Die Rohrdorferberg\-Mutschellen Immobilien AG und die Verwaltungs AG sind zwei regional verankerte Immobilienverwaltungen mit langjähriger Erfahrung in der Bewirtschaftung von Stockwerkeigentum und Mietliegenschaften. Seit Januar 2026 arbeiten wir als gemeinsames Team an unserem Standort an der Bremgarterstrasse 3 in Widen. Persönliche Betreuung, kurze Entscheidungswege und eine unkomplizierte Zusammenarbeit zeichnen uns aus. Zur Verstärkung unseres kleinen und eingespielten Teams suchen wir eine zuverlässige und zahlenaffine Persönlichkeit, welche unsere Immobilienbuchhaltung selbständig betreut und Freude daran hat, Verantwortung zu übernehmen. Anstellung: per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung Pensum: 60–100 % Arbeitsort: Bremgarterstrasse 3, 8967 Widen Vertragsart: Festanstellung Deine Aufgaben Selbständige Führung der Liegenschaftsbuchhaltungen von Stockwerk\- und Miteigentümergemeinschaften sowie Mietliegenschaften Erstellung von Jahresabrechnungen Erstellung von Heiz\- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen Führung der Kreditoren\- und Debitorenbuchhaltung Abwicklung und Kontrolle des Zahlungsverkehrs Mahnwesen und Unterstützung beim Inkasso Abstimmung von Bankkonten und Buchhaltungskonten Verwaltung und Kontrolle von Erneuerungsfonds Pflege und Kontrolle der \- und Finanzdaten Unterstützung bei Budgetierungen und finanziellen Auswertungen Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Immobilienbewirtschafterinnen und Immobilienbewirtschaftern Telefonischer und schriftlicher Kontakt mit Eigentümern, Mietern und externen Stellen Allgemeine Unterstützung im Bereich Rechnungswesen und Administration Das bringst Du mit Kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung Erfahrung im Rechnungswesen Erfahrung in der Immobilienbuchhaltung von Vorteil Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen MS\-Office\-Programme Kenntnisse in Garaio REM von Vorteil Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Freude an Zahlen und einer sorgfältigen, strukturierten Arbeitsweise Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit Selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem kleinen Team Du erfüllst nicht jeden einzelnen Punkt?
