Our National Security Business are working on leading edge technology solutions including AI/DS, Cyber, Cloud, DevOPs/SRE, Platform Engineering, We have secured long term work, across the full spectrum, on the latest framework with the client, which provides the springboard for our ongoing growth and development in this domain, so join us on what will be an incredible growth journey. As a Cyber Software Engineer, you will form part of a team that research, design and build critical systems that protect and support our National Security partner’s missions. You will employ secure coding practices to ensure and maintain quality of software delivery; whilst understanding and integrating with operating systems on a low level. Roke are a leading technology & engineering company with clients spanning National Security, Defence and Industry; working alongside our customers to solve their complex and unique challenges by bringing the physical and the digital together. As a Cyber Software Engineer, it’s likely you’ll be naturally curious and have exposure to and expertise in operating systems, networking and network protocols and low-level systems development. The Key Requirements...

Experienced in one or more of C, C++ or C#. Familiar with Python. Used to Linux or Windows based operating systems. Knowledge of version control and used to working in agile environments. An understanding of the Cyber domain. Understanding of common software design and testing patterns. Able to build systems and perform continuous integration.
