Samen brengen we ambitieuze vrouwen bij elkaar om ervaringen te delen en elkaar te inspireren – zodat jij sterker en met meer vertrouwen aan je loopbaan begint.

Het bestaat uit vier fysieke bijeenkomsten en minimaal twee individuele mentorsessies. Alle trainingen vinden plaats op ons kantoor in Amsterdam. We rekenen op je aanwezigheid bij alle sessies.

Naar wie zijn wij op zoek?

Het programma is gericht op vrouwelijke masterstudenten met een afgeronde universitaire bachelor. Om deel te nemen aan het programma is volledige beheersing van de Nederlandse taal een vereiste.

Wij ontvangen graag je CV, motivatiebrief en cijferlijsten van je studies (master, bachelor en middelbare school). De sollicitatie deadline is zondag 6 december 2026.

Stap 1: CV selectie en motivatie

Deze selectie wordt gebaseerd op je academische resultaten, extracurriculaire ervaringen en je motivatie voor het Be Inspired - Female Mentorship Program. Op uiterlijk 9 december hoor je of je bent uitgenodigd voor het Assessment en de eerste ronde interviews.

Stap 2: Online assessment

Op maandag 14 december zal het online assessment plaatsvinden. Aan de hand van deze test beoordelen we je numerieke capaciteiten en analytische vaardigheden. Bij een voldoende score word je uitgenodigd voor de selectiegesprekken op woensdag 16 december bij ons op kantoor.

Stap 3: Interviews

De selectiegesprekken bestaan uit een interpersoonlijk gesprek en een case interview, van beide 30 minuten. Uiterlijk maandag 21 december ontvang je feedback en hoor je of je geselecteerd bent.

Functie-eisen

Graag nodigen we je uit om na afloop van dit programma te solliciteren voor een stage- of starterpositie. We ondersteunen en begeleiden je bij de voorbereiding op het sollicitatieproces.
