Stellenbeschreibung

Unser Investor Support Team, welches zur Plattform Transaction & Investor Services gehört, unterstützt und berät Finanz- und strategische Investoren entlang des gesamten Investitionszyklus - angefangen von der Commercial Due Diligence Phase und Synergiebewertung, über 100-Tage-Programme und Leistungssteigerungsprojekte (Value Creation) bis hin zur Exitstrategie. Unsere Projekte erfordern neben analytischer und sozialer Kompetenz auch einen ausgeprägten Sinn für Geschäftsmodelle, Märkte und strategische Positionierungen sowie Umsetzungsorientierung und Erfahrung im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern.

Qualifikationen

  • Studium der Wirtschafts-, Rechts-, Natur- oder Ingenieurswissenschaften mit hervorragenden Leistungen an einer Universität oder internationalen Business School, gerne mit MBA
  • Sehr gute betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse und hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Private Equity, M&A, Performance Improvement, oder Commercial Due Diligence
  • Hervorragende analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, strategisches und unternehmerisches Denke
  • Ausgeprägtes Interesse an innovativen, KI‑basierten Lösungen sowie die Fähigkeit, neue Technologien und Datenkompetenz entlang komplexer Fragestellungen wirkungsvoll einzusetzen
  • Auslandserfahrung sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
