The posting

Introduction ##

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités dans le canton de Fribourg, nous constituons un vivier de talents pour accompagner le déploiement de notre nouveau site industriel à Bulle. Dans cette optique, nous rechercherons prochainement des profils de Chargé de projets qualité (H/F) afin de renforcer nos équipes.

Responsabilités ##

  • Animer la qualité préventive au sein des groupes de projet dédiés aux nouveaux produits et processus
  • Mettre en œuvre les processus de qualification industrielle
  • Collaborer avec les fournisseurs de composants, les sous-traitants et les fournisseurs de procédés de fabrication
  • Participer à la qualification des nouveaux produits et processus
  • Animer les analyses de risques produit et processus
  • Piloter des projets qualité spécifiques ou transverses
  • Contribuer à l-amélioration continue des pratiques et des processus qualité

Profil ##

  • Formation technique et/ou qualité de niveau Bachelor HES ou équivalent
  • Expérience dans une fonction similaire, idéalement dans un environnement industriel
  • Maîtrise des outils qualité, notamment de l-analyse statistique et des analyses de risques
  • Connaissances en gestion de projets
  • Formation Lean / Six Sigma, un atout
  • Leadership, aisance en communication, autonomie, rigueur et sens de l-organisation
  • Esprit d-analyse et de synthèse, complété par une capacité à vulgariser des sujets techniques
  • Disponibilité pour suivre une formation initiale à Genève avant de poursuivre la mission dans le canton de Fribourg
