Introduction ##

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités dans le canton de Fribourg, nous constituons un vivier de talents pour accompagner le déploiement de notre nouveau site industriel à Bulle. Dans cette optique, nous rechercherons prochainement des profils de Mécanicien-régleur CNC (H/F) afin de renforcer nos équipes.

Responsabilités ##

  • Régler, piloter et suivre les moyens de production CNC dans le respect des standards de fabrication
  • Effectuer les changements de série, les réglages complexes et le suivi de production conformément au planning
  • Assurer la conformité des pièces par la réalisation des autocontrôles dimensionnels et esthétiques
  • Réaliser la production quotidienne dans le respect des objectifs de qualité, de quantité et de performance
  • Garantir le respect des règles de sécurité et de sûreté, identifier les dérives et appliquer les actions appropriées
  • Assurer la maintenance préventive de premier niveau et maintenir les postes de travail propres et ordonnés
  • Contribuer à l-amélioration continue, au partage des connaissances et à la dynamique d-équipe

Profil ##

  • CFC en mécanique dans le domaine de l'usinage ou formation équivalente
  • Expérience dans le réglage et la conduite de moyens de production CNC, idéalement dans un environnement industriel exigeant
  • Maîtrise des opérations de réglage, des contrôles qualité et de la lecture de plans techniques
  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques usuels
  • Disponibilité pour travailler en horaires d-équipe
  • Autonomie, rigueur, proactivité et esprit d-équipe
  • Aisance en communication, sens de l-entraide et capacité à transmettre les connaissances
