Introduction ##

Pour notre département Recherche & Développement, nous recherchons un Prototypiste (H/F) dont la mission principale sera de contribuer au développement des nouveaux produits en apportant un soutien technique à l-activité de prototypage.

Responsabilités ##

  • Concevoir des solutions répondant aux besoins spécifiques des activités de l-Atelier Prototypes et, plus largement, des services R&D du département
  • Soutenir les prototypistes de façon directe et synchronisée avec les Nouveaux Produits
  • Concevoir des posages spécifiques, des optimisations d-équipements, des démonstrateurs et des conditionnements en lien avec les Nouveaux Produits et/ou le développement
  • Assurer le soutien aux prototypistes et l-encadrement des stages des apprentis concepteurs

Profil ##

  • CFC de dessinateur/constructeur industriel ou expérience jugée équivalente
  • Expérience confirmée dans le prototypage horloger et/ou mécanique
  • Maîtrise du logiciel de CAO Creo et des outils informatiques de base
  • Connaissance des procédés d-usinage, tels que le fraisage CN et conventionnel, le tournage, le décolletage, l-électroérosion et l-usinage laser
  • Des compétences en conception additive seraient un atout
  • Appétence pour la communication, le partage et le soutien
  • Capacité à s'intégrer à une équipe soudée
  • Esprit créatif et force de proposition
  • Capacité d-adaptation et agilité dans un environnement réactif
