Introduction ##

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités dans le canton de Fribourg, nous constituons un vivier de talents pour accompagner le déploiement de notre nouveau site industriel à Bulle. Dans cette optique, nous rechercherons prochainement des profils de Technicien qualité (H/F) afin de renforcer nos équipes.

Responsabilités ##

  • Animer la qualité sur un secteur de fabrication, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes d-exploitation
  • Suivre les indicateurs qualité et assurer le traitement des incidents qualité
  • Gérer les écarts qualité et contribuer à la mise en œuvre des actions correctives
  • Participer à la qualification des nouveaux produits et processus
  • Assurer la relation qualité avec les clients internes et les fournisseurs
  • Contribuer aux démarches d-amélioration continue

Profil ##

  • Formation supérieure à dominante mécanique, de type HES ou Technicien ES
  • Expérience dans une fonction qualité en environnement industriel
  • Pratique confirmée des outils qualité, notamment du traitement des écarts, des actions correctives et de la résolution de problèmes
  • Capacité d-analyse et connaissances des domaines de l-usinage, de la terminaison et/ou de l-assemblage
  • Aisance en communication et aptitude à animer le travail en équipe, en proximité avec l-exploitation
  • Personnalité réactive, curieuse et rigoureuse, complétée par une forte capacité d-apprentissage et d-intégration
  • Disponibilité pour suivre une formation initiale à Genève avant de poursuivre la mission dans le canton de Fribourg
