Field Service Technician \- CDI 100% (H/F)

VOTRE MISSION:

  • Réalisation du service après\-vente chez nos clients suisses et internationaux
  • Vous effectuez des dépannages et des révisions mécaniques et électriques chez nos clients
  • Vous procédez à l'installation de nos machines

VOTRE PROFIL :

  • Aimer voyager et être ouvert aux défis et aux nouvelles cultures
  • Disponibilité pour des déplacements professionnels, principalement en Suisse et en Europe (70\-80%)
  • Bonnes connaissances du français et de l'anglais
  • Apprécier de jouer le rôle d'ambassadeur de Rollomatic vis\-à\-vis de nos clients et avoir le goût du contact
  • CFC technique dans le domaine de l'automation, de la mécanique ou de l'automobile
  • Apprécier de résoudre des cas techniques complexes, y compris électrique
  • Permis de conduire de catégorie B (voiture)
  • Bonne présentation et capacité de communication (être ouvert à former nos clients)
  • Bonne résistance au stress
