Aufgaben - Das können Sie von uns erwarten:

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines agilen Teams von ca. 35 Mitarbeitern
  • Planung des Mitarbeitereinsatzes und der Anlagenverfügbarkeit
  • Verantwortung für Arbeitssicherheit und techn. Sicherheit der Montageeinrichtungen
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung/Erfüllung der internen und auch Kunden-Qualitätsstandards
  • Technische Weiterentwicklung des Montagebereiches in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen
  • KVP - Optimierung bestehender Prozesse nach Lean- und Kaizen-Methoden
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Entwicklungsbereichen bei Prototypen und Aufbau/Prüfläufen von Anlagen nach Kundenspezifikation

Qualifikation und Fähigkeiten - Was wir benötigen:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Elektro / Elektronik oder vgl.
  • Weiterbildung zum Meister/Techniker/Bachelor vgl. im Fachbereich Elektrotechnik
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in beschriebenem oder artverwandtem Fachbereich
  • Mehrjährige verantwortliche Führungserfahrung eines vgl. Teams
  • VEFK-Ausbildung und -Erfahrung erwünscht
  • Teamfähigkeit, Hands-on-Mentalität sowie ausgeprägtes Bewusstsein für Arbeitssicherheit und Qualität
  • Hohe Affinität zu Lean Management, KVP, 5S und Kaizen
  • Gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse - MS Office und E-Plan als Basis / SAP, Windchill dgl.
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität bei Auftragsspitzen sowie Bereitschaft zu Mehrarbeit bei Bedarf
