Aufgaben - Das können Sie von uns erwarten:

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Teams im Bereich stationärer Energieerzeugungsanlagen und deren Containerisierung
  • Verantwortung für die technische Entwicklung und Optimierung kundenspezifischer Systemlösungen
  • Verantwortung für die strategische Ausrichtung, Weiterentwicklung und Leistungsfähigkeit des Container- und Enclosuregeschäfts
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Engineering-, Qualitäts-, Safety- und Compliance-Standards über den gesamten Projekt- und Produktlebenszyklus
  • Verantwortung für Ressourcen-, Kapazitäts- und Budgetplanung sowie die Verfügbarkeit qualifizierter Mitarbeitender
  • Verantwortung für Projektkalkulation, Kostenkontrolle und die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Engineering-Projekten
  • Steuerung der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Schnittstellen, insbesondere Operations, Qualität, Einkauf, Lieferanten und Business Unit
  • Förderung von Wissensmanagement, kontinuierlicher Verbesserung sowie der Einhaltung von HSE-Richtlinien zur nachhaltigen Steigerung von Effizienz und Qualität

Qualifikation und Fähigkeiten - Was wir benötigen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Engineering-, Projekt- oder Produktentwicklungsumfeld
  • Fundierte technische Expertise im Bereich Energieerzeugungsanlagen, idealerweise in der Auslegung und Integration von Notstromanlagen
  • Gutes Verständnis relevanter technischer Standards, Normen und regulatorischer Anforderungen
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten sowie Freude an der Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Erfahrung im Ressourcenmanagement sowie in der Steuerung komplexer Projekte und Projektteams
  • Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Prozessverbesserungen und Lean-Management-Methoden
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen, interdisziplinären Teams und externen Partnern
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
