· Own product definition and technical governance by creating and maintaining CAD models, production drawings, bills of materials, engineering specifications, and configuration-controlled documentation, while leading design reviews, risk assessments, and engineering evaluations.

· Lead product verification and continuous improvement activities by developing validation strategies, analyzing test and field performance data, conducting root cause investigations, and implementing corrective actions to improve quality, reliability, durability, and overall product performance.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure successful product execution, production readiness, and lifecycle support while providing technical leadership, mentoring engineers, and driving initiatives focused on cost reduction, standardization, value engineering, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Basic Requirements:

Preferred Requirements:

· Experience with FEA, CFD, vibration analysis, and durability testing.

· Experience supporting global product development and supplier qualification activities.

· Knowledge of applicable power generation regulations and certifications (UL, NFPA, IEC, EPA, CARB, CE, etc.).

· Project leadership or technical lead experience on new product development programs.

· Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling, engineering drawings, GD&T, tolerance analysis, and product documentation.

· Strong knowledge of mechanical system design, thermal management, vibration control, structural analysis, manufacturing, and assembly processes.

· Experience leading product validation activities, including prototype development, testing, field evaluation, and continuous product improvement.

· Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects, manage engineering changes and configuration control, collaborate with suppliers, and drive technical decision-making

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
