Als Brand Manager / Brand Consultant (m/w/d) leitest Du Projekte für namhafte nationale und internationale Kund:innen – vom Start-up bis zum Großkonzern – und entwickelst mit Deinem Team starke Marken im Bereich FMCG weiter. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position gestaltest Du Kundenbeziehungen, führst ein interdisziplinäres Team und bringst Deine Ideen aktiv ein. • Führung eines Projektteams in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Creative Lead • Beratung rund um Markenführung, Markenauftritt und Markenidentität • Betreuung und Ausbau von Bestandskund:innen • Verantwortung für Timings, Budgets und effiziente Ressourcennutzung • Präsentation und Moderation von Workshops mit Kund:innen • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung Deines Teams

Das bringst Du idealerweise mit

• Ein abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder vergleichbar • Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Markenmanagement oder in der Kundenberatung auf Agentur- oder Unternehmensseite • Führungserfahrung und Freude daran, ein Team zu entwickeln • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Sicheres Auftreten in Präsentationen und Workshops • Fundiertes Wissen in Branding und FMCG-Märkten • Ausgeprägte Empathie, Überzeugungskraft und Verhandlungsgeschick • Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Teamorientierung
