  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Moderation von Kundenworkshops
  • Proaktive Initiierung und Entwicklung neuer Projekte und Kundenansätze
  • Aktives Vorleben und StärkenunsererMITEINANDER-Kultur
  • Führung und Anleitung vonPraktikant:innensowie fachliche Koordination der Design-Teams
  • Einholung von Management-Input und Abstimmung bei relevanten Fragestellungen
  • Intensive Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Schnittstellen

Das bringst Du idealerweise mit

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing
  • Idealerweise 2+Jahre Berufserfahrung im Marketing der Konsumgüterindustrie oder in einer Agentur
  • Erweiterte Brandmanagement-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung im Führen komplexer Projekte
  • Starke organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung
  • Innovatives Denken und ein ausgeprägter Spürsinn für Trends und Verbraucher
  • Starke Präsentationsfähigkeiten und erste Erfahrung in der Leitung und Durchführung von Kunden Workshops sind von Vorteil
  • Spaß bei der Arbeit im Team und in einer matrix-funktionsübergreifenden Umgebung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
